With an MBA in Marketing and Finance, Ayushi brings over 14 years of experience in Supply Chain Management. She has extensive expertise in end-toend vendor management, having managed vendor operations for both Fleet and Fiber deployment projects.

Prior to joining Dror, Ayushi was responsible for overseeing complete vendor management for key clients such as Airtel, Vi (Vodafone Idea), and HFCL. She has also worked with the ATS Group, where she led the procurement function for products related to fiber deployment

Amit holds a PGDBA from Symbiosis, Pune, and brings over 15 years of experience in fleet operations. He has successfully managed operations involving 1,000+ vehicles across various industries, including telecom.

Prior to joining Dror, Amit led operations at MLL, where he was responsible for a fleet of over 800 vehicles. He has also been a key contributor in managing secondary transportation for prominent clients such as LOréal, H&M, and M3M.

Currently serving as VP – Special Projects at Dror Services Pvt. Ltd., leading strategic initiatives, developing innovative energy solutions, and overseeing cross-functional project execution.

Pankaj is Dynamic and results-driven professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in business development, sales, and project leadership across the electronics and renewable energy sectors. Holds a B.Tech in Electronics from VTI and has consistently delivered strong performance in both corporate and field environments.

A seasoned Business Management professional with over 20 years of experience in SITC/EPC projects across Telecom, Railways, and Renewable Energy sectors.

Robin has worked with leading organizations like Reliance Communications, NSN, Cosmo Infrasolutions, HFCL, and Yatharth Networks. He brings strong expertise in project budgeting, cost and risk analysis, planning, execution, and stakeholder management.

Robin has successfully led infrastructure projects in Telecom (Active, Passive, IBS, OFC), Railways, EV charging, CNG pipelines & stations, and Solar. He excels in AOP, P&L, and cash flow management, playing a pivotal role in driving operational excellence
